Shipping and Delivery

Customers with queries about shipping and delivery existing orders and returns or refunds can contact us by email to [email protected]com.

Standard delivery:
Orders usually shipped within 72 hours but please allow up to 7-12 working days
Orders must be placed before 3:00pm Monday-Thursday for delivery within 7 to 12 working days.
Orders placed before 3:00pm on Friday will be shipped after Monday. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday Delivery, except on Bank Holidays.
Please note that our Express service does not support Saturday or Sunday delivery.

We reserve the right to change our order and delivery deadlines in the event of adverse weather conditions affecting our courier’s ability to make deliveries.

Your Delivery:

Our courier delivers between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. During busy periods, such as the any festival, delivery may be attempted slightly earlier or later than this window.

Please make sure that someone is available to take delivery of your order as we cannot be held responsible if our courier is unable to deliver your parcel(s) because there is no one to sign for your order.

If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel because you are out, a card will be left at your delivery address advising you to collect your parcel from the depot named on the card.

If you make a special delivery request, for example Please leave next door or Please leave in the porch we cannot guarantee that our courier will follow these instructions when a signature is required. We advise against special delivery requests, in particular those asking that expensive parcels be left in open or public areas and/or outdoors.

You must notify us in writing by email within 3 days of receiving your order if items are missing or damaged. If your order has not been received within 7 days of placing your order please contact us so that we can have our courier firm trace the package. We cannot accept claims for missing orders more than 14 days after the date of order.

If your confirmation email contains no tracking number (and instead has a set of initials or a first name, for example GR or Sally) this is because your order has been sent by 2nd class post. Tracking is not available with this service.

From time to time deliveries can be disrupted by adverse weather and other unforeseen conditions over which we have no control. At such times we will endeavor to deliver your order as soon as possible and we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your consignment.

Standard Delivery orders usually arrive within 7-12 working days.

At, if a product is displayed as In Stock, then you can be sure it is in stock. If we don’t have the product, we won’t take your money. Occasionally we discover that items have been miscounted in our warehouse and are no longer in stock. If this happens we will refund your order immediately or send you any missing item(s) as soon as we have new stock – whichever you prefer.
